Our Mission Creek Vacation Retreat offers all of the serenity of a mountain cabin while being only 5 minutes to the center of downtown Santa Barbara and just 30 minutes to the wineries of the Santa Ynez Valley.

> Sleeps up to 12 comfortably (one king, three queen, two full sized beds and a queen futon) in four bedrooms with  three full bathrooms.  Two convertible beds are available to sleep an additional four.

> 1 acre of landscaped garden grounds & Koi pond.

> Top floor - A private and intimate birds eye view master suite with sitting area, walk-in closets and a "birds nest” spa on the spacious balcony terrace, surrounded by Koi ponds, oaks, ferns, and many other types of trees.

> Office in loft off master bedroom containing a desktop PC computer with inkjet printer/fax, broadband  internet & telephone with unlimited local and domestic long distance calling.

> Bright and spacious kitchen with lots of counter space, double sinks, cooking island and complete set of cooking utensils.

> Warm, cozy sunken living room with a large cut stone fireplace and large picture windows looking out over the gardens.

> Private guest room off kitchen, Garden guest room with private entrance, and a large family/game/TV room (former Artist studio) with two full sized beds and queen sized futon.
